2019 Summer Workshop Information below (for reference):

  • Students & Advisers - $245.00/attendee (all sessions, t-shirt, 4 meals, facilities including training fees and supplies).
    MEALS covered: dinner Monday, breakfast & lunch Tuesday, breakfast Wednesday
    BRING 10 people and receive the 11th person's registration for FREE.

  • Chaperones - $55.00 per person (adults not attending sessions) includes t-shirt and same 4 meals

  • Extra t-shirts - $12.00 each (discount price to bring extra t-shirts to staffers who couldn't make the workshop).

  • Student Permission Form - Click here to download the form. ALL STUDENTS MUST have a signed form to attend the workshop.

  • Optional - $200 per school for up to 6 people to attend the Steve Kent Master Class - Work directly with keynote speaker Steve Kent for the majority of the workshop. In this intensive add-on to our already comprehensive agenda, you'll develop coverage plans, concept execution, cover design and learn expert-level processes for the details of yearbook production such as caption writing and innovative coverage approaches. Before the workshop, you and your student leaders will be asked to supply a list of topics you would like to be covered. By participating in this master class, it is our goal to tailor your experience to meet you where your program is currently and help you take it into the direction of your dreams. When we receive your registration for the master class experience, you'll receive additional information for your pre-workshop assignments. This master class is open for staffs at all levels and with all goals. SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. In order to reserve your place, your registration must be complete and paid.

The rate is tba (2018 was 130/night per night (includes all fees) for tax exempt. You must provide a Florida tax exempt certificate and pay with a school check or credit card to be tax exempt. EXEMPT room rate is $119.00 + $10.00 Service Fee ($119.00+) = $129.00. NON-EXEMPT room rate is $119.00 + $10.00 Service Fee & 12.5% Tax ($119.00++) = $145.13
