BAND APP // Build your own Yearbookpalooza schedule in the Band App! Pick from your choice of classes throughout the workshop taught by the best reps, advisers, and yearbook professionals from across the country. There is something for everyone including new advisers, experienced advisers and staffers of all levels.

Our 2026 Schedule isn’t completed quite yet but take a look at last year’s class schedule to get an idea of how we roll!

MONDAY

  • WORKSHOP CHECK IN // July 13, 1-2 p.m. on the mezzanine level of The Florida Hotel and Conference Center. Arrive early to have your STAFF GROUP PICS taken, starting at 12:30. The OPENING SESSION begins at 2 p.m.

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Monday is School or Staff Spirit Day! Wear staff t-shirts or represent your school colors!

  • PALOOZA AFTER HOURS // We have something new in the works for this summer. Check back soon for updates!

TUESDAY

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Tuesday is Yearbookpalooza T-Shirt Day. Everyone will receive a shirt with their registration. Want more merch? Our Palooza Merch Store is launching soon!

  • PALOOZA AFTER HOURS // Participate in the 32nd Annual Yearbookpalooza Talent Show! Each school can show off an array of talent from singing to dance routines accompanied by your own G-rated music and props. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be announced at the closing session. After the talent show, get ready to dance with your headphones during our Silent Disco.

WEDNESDAY

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Wednesday, Color Spirit Wars is BACK! Go all out with your area’s colors and rep your rep! A prize will be given to the rep(s) with the winning Rep Territory.

  • Michael = RED

  • Vicky, Jose & Ashley = YELLOW

  • Michelle & Katy = PINK

  • Morgan, Maddie & Cam = GREEN

  • Jen = PURPLE

  • Teenie & Jean = BLUE

  • Non-Florida Schools/People = TIE DYE

The CLOSING will be July 15 from 12:00-12:45 p.m.
