PHOTO TRACK β€” $40 per seat

Led by Matt Johnson

Designed for students who want to focus exclusively on photography.
Hands-on instruction includes:

  • What Makes a Yearbook Photo Great

  • Camera Settings You Must Know

  • After the Shot

  • The Gear You Must Have

Requirements: DSLR or mirrorless camera (with power, memory card, and flash).
Participants stay in this track for the entire workshop.
Space is limited to ensure hands-on experience.

NEW ADVISER BOOTCAMP β€” $75 per seat (includes lunch)

For advisers new in 2025–26 or 2026–27

  • Date: July 13, 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

  • Lunch included

  • Focused guidance for new advisers before the main workshop begins

Students traveling with advisers will have free time in the hotel or mall during this session.

Work directly with a cover artist from the Varsity Yearbook Plant (Kansas City) to create your 2027 cover!
Each 55-minute session includes access to specialty materials and cover applications.
Artist bios will be available during sign-up.
