DEADLINE: Register by June 17 at 5 p.m. Once the workshop room block is filled, the group rate will be based on availability. After June 17, you will not be guaranteed a room or the Yearbookpalooza rate. We have sold out in the past, so please register early.

COST: The cost per night is $156.38 ($127 + $12 hotel service fee + 12.5% tax), and rooms can hold up to four people. If your school is tax exempt, and you pay with a school check or credit card, you will not pay tax on your rooms. You must provide a copy of your school’s tax exempt certificate to the hotel. The cost is $139 per night if you are tax exempt. This rate is valid July 11-20 in case your staff would like to come early or stay later.

TO REGISTER: Use the link to the Hotel Reservation Request Form on the Home page. It is a fillable form. After you fill it, print it and sign it and mark the male or female room boxes. Then, the form can be mailed or emailed (see addresses on form). This form must be used to register, and please mail or email your school’s tax exempt certificate, if applicable, with the form. Your school must be in the state of Florida to be tax exempt.

GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night deposit of $156.38. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge for the first night’s room and tax. A no-show reservation will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.

WHAT DOES THE HOTEL SERVICE FEE COVER? Unlimited in-room high speed internet, a newspaper that can be found on the lobby level, two bottles of water upon arrival and replenished daily, key accessible gated parking, 24-hour access to the state-of-the-art fitness center.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Guests may check into the hotel after 4 p.m. WE HAVE TURNED OFF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS BEING ABLE TO CHARGE INCIDENTALS TO ROOMS; therefore, you do not have to present a credit or debit card when you check-in. If you choose, you may ask to have incidentals turned on; a valid credit card or cash deposit will be required at check-in for incidentals. All cards are authorized for $50; that freezes the card for that amount, but it’s released when you check-out. If you provide a debit card, your card will be charged for the $50, until you check-out. It may take up to 10 business days, depending on who you bank with, for the funds to be released. If you do not have a credit card, the hotel may ask for a cash deposit. Guests will also be required to present a valid form of identification. Room and taxes will be fully charged upon check-in. There will be no refunds on early check-outs. The hotel will charge $50 for early check-in prior to noon. Early check-in is based on availability. Guest check-out time is prior to 11 a.m. Any late check-outs after 11 a.m. will be charged a full night’s room, service fee and tax.
