Standard Registration: After June 8, registration is $270 per adviser or student.

CHAPERONE REGISTRATION – $125
Chaperone registration is designed for adults attending in a supervisory role. This registration includes an official Palooza t-shirt, workshop notebook, event lanyard, and access to group breakfast and Adviser Lunch.
Please note: Chaperone registration does not include access to student classes or workshop sessions.
This option allows you to accompany and supervise your students while still being part of the Palooza experience
SIGNATURE SESSIONS
Go beyond regular classes with individual Signature Sessions, included at no additional cost. Meet one-on-one with a pro or artist to personalize your workshop experience. Your spot can only be selected after payment is received, so register and pay early to get your top choice.
BRAINSTORM WITH A PRO
Don’t wait until fall to figure it out. Sit down with a yearbook pro and map out your 2027 vision for theme, visuals, voice, and coverage. This free session is your chance to dream big, think strategically, and start strong.
COVER ART SESSIONS
Design the first impression of your 2027 book. Work one-on-one with a professional cover artist from the Varsity Yearbook Plant (Kansas City) during a 55-minute session to bring your vision to life. Explore specialty materials, unique applications, and creative techniques while building a cover that sets the tone for your entire book. Artist bios will be available during sign-up so you can find your best match.
PREMIUM EXPERIENCES
These additional options are for staffs who may want to take advantage of even more at Palooza but are not required.
NEW ADVISER BOOT CAMP — $75 per seat (includes lunch)
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Boot Camp is built specifically for new yearbook advisers who want a strong start and steady support. Learn the essentials, ask questions in a safe space, and gain the guidance you need to lead your staff with confidence from day one. For advisers new in 2025–26 or 2026–27
Before the workshop officially begins, July 13, 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Lunch included
Students traveling with advisers will have free time in the hotel or mall during this session.

THE INNER CIRCLE — $275 per school
The Inner Circle is a highly limited, advanced consultation experience for competitive yearbook staffs seeking expert-level feedback and who enter critiques with NSPA, CSPA with goal of achieving Pacemaker and/or Crown
Participants receive two 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Carrie Faust, focused on refining spreads, strengthening storytelling, elevating design, and sharpening overall book strategy. The experience concludes with a wrap-up roundtable where teams share insights and key takeaways from the workshop.
Spots are extremely limited and sold out last year.

PHOTO TRACK — $40 per seat
Serious about stronger photos next year? This hands-on, skills-based track is designed for students who want to master their camera, improve composition, and capture images that truly tell a story. With focused instruction and real-time practice, participants will gain practical techniques they can immediately apply to their 2027 book. Led by Matt Johnson, this photo track is designed for students who want to dive deep into photography and level up their yearbook skills.
Requirements: DSLR or mirrorless camera (with power, memory card, and flash).
Participants stay in this track for the entire workshop, ensuring a full, immersive experience. Space is limited to guarantee hands-on learning and personal guidance.
