WHAT IS A ROADIE?
Roadies are 2026 high school graduates who previously served on their high school yearbook staff and have attended Yearbookpalooza.
This is not an attendee role, it’s an internship-style leadership position.
Roadies serve as part of the official workshop support team. They assist with setup and breakdown, support staff and advisers, help sessions run smoothly, and bring positive energy to the entire event. In their exclusive Roadies t-shirts, they are visible leaders and the HYPE squad of Yearbookpalooza.
If you loved Yearbookpalooza as a student, this is your opportunity to experience it from behind the scenes.
COMMITMENT & SCHEDULE
Roadies must:
Arrive at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center (Orlando) by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12
Remain through approximately 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15
Help unload and load vehicles
Be available and engaged throughout the workshop
This is a full-commitment role. Roadies are often the first to arrive and the last to leave (but have fun doing it).
EXPECTATIONS
Being selected as a Roadie means stepping into a leadership position. We expect Roadies to:
